My Approach to Therapy:
I provide therapy for adults 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, panic attacks, and phobias. My approach is calm, genuine, and collaborative. Using evidence-based treatments, we will work on helping you better understand your symptoms, manage distress, and improve your quality of life.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. CBT can help you develop healthier coping strategies, reduce symptoms, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity.
I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused treatment that helps reduce the distress connected to painful or difficult experiences. ART can be helpful when memories, fears, or emotional reactions continue to feel overwhelming. The goal is to help those experiences feel less distressing so you can feel more in control of your life.
